A: Yes! We’re a UK-based company with real humans. We use AI. as a tool to scale our operations (as everyone should), but ALL projects are validated, reviewed, and approved by our human team before delivery.

A: No. Everything is done in-house by our UK team. The only things we don’t own are hosting and domains (we wish we did!). We’re a Squarespace partner and can work with other providers for ad-hoc projects if needed.

A: We hate complicated contracts as much as you do. Our work is paid in one go, transparent, no contracts, no recurring fees. The only ongoing cost might be if you purchase a domain or hosting, which you’ll pay directly to external providers like Squarespace at their standard rates.
